1. Returns

You have 5 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

It must also be in the original packaging with tags attached.

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Items that cannot be returned include:

Personalized or custom items

Final sale or clearance items

2. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at shannon@aba-designs.com with your order number and reason for return.

We’ll provide return instructions, including where to send your package. Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If your return is rejected (e.g., item used or not in original condition), we may send the item back to you.

4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with a photo of the item and your order number. We’ll make it right.
